Overview

Each Hubi has an expected battery life of around five years, depending on use. At Solar Technology we try to make sure nothing ends up as landfill so the battery is fully replaceable. However, this is not something that can be done at home so the hub needs to be returned to us where we will carefully remove and recycle the old battery, replace with new, fully service and send the hub back to you looking like new. The price includes return carriage back to you.  All you need to do is fund postage to send the hub to us.

UK: Standard delivery: Free for all orders (3 to 5 day service)

Next day delivery (UK only): Charged at £7.50 if ordering before 2pm *

European Delivery: Standard delivery: £15

US: Standard delivery: £25

Other parts of the world: Standard delivery: £40

* If ordered after 2pm, your order will ship the following day. If ordered on a Friday your order will arrive on the Monday, as long as it is not a bank holiday.

Returns

Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a refund of the price of the goods. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by

Any goods supplied must be returned to the address above at your own expense within the seven days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in their original, unused condition and the packaging is undamaged, you will receive a full refund of the price of the goods within 30 days of us receiving the goods back.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded. Please provide us with a copy of the postage receipt.
