Terms and conditions for business customers 

 Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The display of goods on the Solar Technology International's site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Solar Technology International unless, and until, an email is sent by Solar Technology International to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Solar Technology International of your offer to buy goods or services from Solar Technology International and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

Solar Technology International are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

All prices are in G.B. pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

Prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

Sales Tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated based on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the UK at 20%. For orders shipped to destinations within the EU the price excludes VAT, but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

Delivery Arrangements
All goods are sold subject to availability. Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and an indication of the delivery timescale. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be dispatched within this timescale. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.

The delivery costs are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time, in working days. Additional time should be allowed where payment is made by cheque, as we will not dispatch goods until the cheque has cleared.

Guarantee
All products supplied are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee. Terms and conditions vary from product to product.

Returns
If you have received the goods and they are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement then please contact us within 7 days, and we will issue an RMA number for your return.

Any goods supplied must be returned to address above at your own expense within the seven days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in their original unused condition and the packaging is undamaged, you will receive a full refund of the price of the goods within 30 days of us receiving the goods back
