Hubi Nano Torch FAQ's

The battery was supplied in the pouch with the torch, but which way do I put the battery in?
Unscrew the magnetic end cap (battery cover) of the flashlight. Insert the battery into the torch, positive (+) first, then refit the end cap

What can I charge the torch from?
The torch can be charged from most USB-A ports using the included USB-A to USB-C cable, as it draws no more than 1A at 5V. If you have a USB-C charger and cable for your phone, you can use them, as the torch has a USB-C port.

How long does the torch take to charge?
Assuming the battery is flat, then it can charge in as little as 2 hours with an appropriate charger. Using the USB-A port on your computer may take longer if it cannot provide 1A.

What light output options are there?
There are 3 different modes that offer different static and flashing outputs. These are described in detail in the user manual.

Does the torch get hot?
In the higher output levels, the torch can become warm or even hot to the touch. The torch's light output decreases as it gets hotter; it is important that you do not override this safety feature.

If I lose the battery, where can I buy another one from?
The torch requires 1x 3.7V, 1,000mAh 16340 Lithium-Ion battery. We don’t sell these batteries directly, as there are many sources for 16340 batteries online.
